How to add checklists
Mac
There are a few ways of adding a checklist, depending on your preferences.
- From the Menu Bar, go to
Format > Checklist. - Type the line modifier
[]at the beginning of a new line. - Use the keyboard shortcut
⌘T.
You can also click on the left side of the editor, and from the pop-up menu, choose the checklist icon .
iOS
Add checklist by typing line modifier [] at the beginning of a new line, or with the checkbox icon located above your keyboard.
If you are using an external keyboard, you can add a checklist by using the keyboard shortcut ⌘T.
