Getting application logs

Mac

Go to Report Issue, from the Menu Bar, under Help > Report Issue. The default Mail app will open, with a new email containing the logs as an attachment.

If you don't have an email set up on Mac, you can go to Contact Us from the Menu Bar under Help > Contact Us. There, you will find a link that should open the following directory on your Mac: ~/Library/Containers/com.pureformstudio.diaryOSX/Data/Library/Logs/Diarly. Alternatively, open the directory directly using Finder.

iOS

Go to Report Issue, under More > Report Issue. The default Mail app will open, with a new email containing the logs as an attachment.

Extra logging on iCloud

You can enable extra logging if you run into problems with iCloud Sync. Please open More > Sync and enable the checkbox for extra logging. After you restart the app, more logs will be created from the Sync service.
